FedEx Express packages do not automatically come to our location, however you can call 1-800-GOFEDEX (1-800-463-3339) and have it rerouted here or transfer to us online using FedEx.ca. We will hold packages for 5 business days.
For FedEx Express, have your package here by 2:15 Monday to Friday to have it shipped that business day. If not, it will be shipped the following day.
DROPPING OFF: IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS
Dear FedEx customers, we are an Authorized ShipCentre; however, if you are a customer using your own FedEx account number, please have the necessary paperwork filled out prior to drop off. All international shipments, other than documents, require 4 commercial invoices: the original and 3 copies. If you are unsure of what documentation you need for your international shipment, please call 1-800-GOFEDEX (1-800-463-3339) or visit the website FedEx.ca
We are more than happy to assist you, however you will be charged for supplemented documentation accordingly.
